How to Fund Your SACCO Float Account for Cellulant Pay-Outs

This guide is designed to help SACCO Administrators fund their SACCO float account for pay-outs through Cellulant. We've broken it down into easy steps to ensure your SACCO's transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.


First, decide whether you want to transfer the money from your Collections Wallet to you Payouts wallet (free of charge and done within 4 hours), or if you want to transfer from your bank to your Payouts wallet (free of charge (aside from your bank charges) and done within 4 hours after money has reflected). 


If sending from Collections to Payouts


Step 1: Email to request the fund transfer

  • Send a new email for every individual request, stating your SACCO name and your desired action in the title. Include any details in the body of the email, incl. the amount that you want to transfer (e.g. full amount in the Collections wallet)

  • Address the full Cellulant team:

Step 2: Confirmation and Account Update

  • The funds will be confirmed and reflected in the SACCO float account on the Tingg platform within 4 hours (on working days, cut-off time of 3pm).



If sending from bank to Payouts


Step 1: Initiate a Fund Transfer

Transfer the desired amount to the below Cellulant Bank account details (bank deposit or online bank transfer).

  • Bank Name: STANBIC BANK KENYA

  • Account Name: CELLULANT KENYA LIMITED
  • Account Number: 0100005008861

Step 2: Submit Proof of Payment

  • Send a new email for every individual POP, stating your SACCO name and your desired action in the title. Include any details and the POP in the body of the email

Step 3: Confirmation and Account Update

  • The funds will be confirmed and reflected in the SACCO float account on the Tingg platform within 12 hours.
