Step 1: Submit the Fund Transfer Request
Send a new email for each transfer request.
Use the subject line to clearly state your SACCO name and the action required (e.g. “[SACCO Name] – Request to Transfer Funds from Collections Wallet to bank account”).
In the body of the email, include the transfer details—especially the amount to be moved (e.g. “Please transfer the full amount from our Collections wallet”).

Important: Always CC Kwara’s support team to help track and confirm the transfer to your SACCO's float account.
Step 2: Confirmation and Account Update
Once processed, Cellulant will send a Proof of Payment (POP).
Use this POP to follow up with your bank and request that the funds be credited to your SACCO account.
