How to Request a Fund Transfer from Cellulant to Your SACCO Bank Account

Step 1: Submit the Fund Transfer Request

  • Send a new email for each transfer request.

  • Use the subject line to clearly state your SACCO name and the action required (e.g. “[SACCO Name] – Request to Transfer Funds from Collections Wallet to bank account”).

  • In the body of the email, include the transfer details—especially the amount to be moved (e.g. “Please transfer the full amount from our Collections wallet”).

Recipients:

Important: Always CC Kwara’s support team to help track and confirm the transfer to your SACCO's float account.


Step 2: Confirmation and Account Update

  • Once processed, Cellulant will send a Proof of Payment (POP).

  • Use this POP to follow up with your bank and request that the funds be credited to your SACCO account.
