How to Access Multiple Saccos

Using the Kwara App

Managing multiple Sacco memberships is now more convenient than ever with the Kwara app. Using just one phone number and national ID, you can access all your Saccos registered under Kwara.

1. Open the Kwara app on your device and log in.
2. On the homepage, find the quick actions menu.
3. Click on the action, "My Saccos," highlighted in orange.
4. A pop-up will appear listing all the Saccos you are registered in.
5. Activate Another Sacco:
   • Select the Sacco you wish to activate (usually the option that's NOT greyed out).
   • Enter your national ID when prompted, followed by the OTP.
   • Once the OTP is keyed in, you will have successfully activated the other Sacco.

Switching Between Saccos

Once activated, no additional activation is required for switching between Saccos. Simply:

• Click on "My Saccos" in the quick actions menu.
• Select the Sacco you want to switch to.
• The app will load the homepage of the selected Sacco.

Using USSD (*341#)

For those who prefer or need to use USSD, managing your Sacco memberships is straightforward and accessible.

1. Dial *341# from your mobile phone.
2. Select option 9, "My Other Saccos."
   • You will see a list of other Sacco(s) under "Select your Sacco profile."
3. Switching to Another Sacco:
   • Select the Sacco you wish to view.
   • You will need to log back in (dial *341#) to access the selected Sacco.

Activating Another Sacco via USSD

1. Dial *341# from your mobile phone.
2. Select option 9 to choose the Sacco you want to activate.
3. Input your national ID when prompted.
4. Log in to the selected Sacco by dialing *341# again.

Automatic Activation

If you sign up to the Kwara for the first time and your phone number and ID are registered with more than one Sacco under Kwara, you will automatically get activated on all Saccos you belong to.
