(1) Request a user who has access to your Instance to log in and follow through with the steps below.
(2) Login to Mambu
(3) Go to administration section
(4) Go to access
(5) Click on the checkbox 'show deactivated/locked' users
(6) Search for the Locked user
(7) Click on the Actions Button
(8) Click on the 'Unlock' option
(9) Add your password and submit
(10) The user is now unlocked.
