To generate and download a report of loan disbursements in Mambu, follow these detailed steps. This guide will help you filter transactions by the disbursement type and a specific activation date, and then download the results as an Excel file.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Login to Mambu

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the SACCO-specific URL provided for your organization.
  • Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your Mambu account.
  • Navigate to the Loan Transactions Section

2. Once logged in, find and click on the "Loan Transactions" section.

This section is typically located in the main menu found at the top of your page.

3. Apply a Custom Filter

  • Within the Loan Transactions section, locate the filter option. These are usually found at the top or side of the transaction list.
  • Click on the "Custom Filter" option to open the filter settings.
  • Set Filter Criteria

4. In the custom filter settings, set the following criteria:

  • Type: Select "Disbursement" from the dropdown menu. This filters the transactions to show only loan disbursements.
  • Activation Date: Choose the required activation date. Note that the activation date is the same as the date of disbursement.
  • Ensure both criteria are correctly selected to refine your search accurately.
  • Apply the Filter

5. After setting the filter criteria, click the "Apply" button.

This action will update the list of transactions to match your specified filters.

6. Download the Report

  • Once the filtered list is displayed, look for the download options. This is usually represented by an export or download button.
  • Select the option to download the report. Choose "EXCEL" as the file format.
  • Save the file to your preferred location on your computer.

By following these steps, you will efficiently generate and download a report of loans issued from Mambu, customized to your specified date. This process ensures you have accurate and timely data for your records or analysis.
