- Log into https://app.kwara.com/
- Search for the member who guaranteed the loan amount, navigate to their member profile
- On the member profile page, click on the Add button then Withdrawal
- Choose the members savings account where you wish to withdraw from, enter the amount to be withdrawn and record the withdrawal method
- Record any (optional) narration then click on the confirm button
- Search for the member who was guaranteed and navigate to their profile
- On the member profile page, click on the Add button then Repayment button
- Choose the member’s loans account where you wish to repay, enter the amount to be repaid and record the repayment method
- Record a narration detailing where the amount is from and then click on the confirm button
