Go to the member's profile
Scroll to the loans section
Select the loan you would like to pay off
Click on the 'view' button
On the loan profile, select the 'more' button and select the pay-off option
Add a note
Select the 'submit' option
Confirm the loan state has changed to the 'closed' state
Congratulations, you have successfully paid off a loan!
