Go to the member's profile
Scroll to the loans section
Select the loan you would like to write off
Click on the 'view' button
On the loan profile, select the 'more' button and select the write-off option
Add a note
Select the 'close' option
Confirm the loan state has changed to the 'closed(written off)' state
Congratulations, you have successfully written off a loan!
