How to waive interest on Kwara Core

1.Log in to Kwara Core.

2.Go to the member’s profile.

3.Navigate to the specific loan account.

4.Click “More” on the top right side.

5.Select “Reschedule”.

6.Preview the loan, then click Next.

7.On the “Reschedule From” field, enter the month you want the interest waiver to start from.

8.In the “New Interest Rate” field, enter 0.0000001. (This will automatically round off to 0).

9.In the “Notes” field, type: Waive interest.

10.Click Next.

11.Review the new loan schedule, then click Submit.

13.Go back to “More” and click “Approve Reschedule”.

14.Click “Approve” to finalize the changes.

Done! The loan is now updated with the waived interest.
