1.Log in to Kwara Core.
2. Go to the member’s profile.
3. Open the specific loan account.
4. Check the loan schedule and confirm the date you want the interest waiver to start.
5. Click “More” at the top right corner.
6. Select “Reschedule.”
7.Preview the loan, then click Next.
7.In the “Reschedule From” field, enter the month you want the interest waiver to begin.
8.In the “New Interest Rate” field, enter 0.0000001 (it will automatically round off to 0).
9.In the “Notes” field, type: Waive interest.
10.Click Next.
11.Review the new loan schedule, then click Submit.
12.Go back to “More” and click “Approve Reschedule.”
13.Click “Approve” to complete the process.
