(3) Navigate to the member's loan profile.
(4) Within the loan account, access the transactions section.
(5) Select the applicable year for the transaction you are addressing.
(6) Identify the targeted transaction and click on the blue "Adjust" button.
(7) Proceed to adjust the transaction as needed.
(8) Confirmation! The transaction adjustment has been completed.
