Step 1: Check User Permissions

Before you start, make sure the user has the necessary permissions to view and create reports:

  1. Go to Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Other Permissions.

  4. Confirm if the options Create Operational Reports and View Operational Reports are available.

Step 2: Accessing Reports

Navigate to the reports section to access various reports like loan listing, deposit listing, check of advice, and member listing.

  2. Choose the relevant date.
  3. Click Generate.
  4. Download and view the completed report in Excel.
