How to unblock member on Kwara.

To unblock a blocked member on Kwara. Please follow the following steps.

Step 1: Log in to Kwara, app.kwara.com

Step 2: Search for the member.

Step 3: Click on the member profile.

Step 4: Go to the mobile banking section.

Step 5:A Click on the USSD pin blocked button till it changes from green to grey. A 4-digit PIN is sent to the member.

Step 6:Member to reset PIN to regain access to the account.
