Go to the member's profile
Scroll down to the loan section
Select the loan account you would like to reschedule
Click on the 'more' button
Select the 'reschedule' option
Review the member's personal details and click on 'next'
The loan product to be rescheduled is selected by default
Click on 'next
Configure the terms of the rescheduled loan.
Click on 'next'
Add guarantors for the loan
Click on 'next'
Add the repayment details
Click on 'submit'
Confirm the state of the loan has changed to rescheduled
Congratulations, the loan has successfully been rescheduled.
