How to Undo a Loan Disbursal, Approval and Reject a loan

1. Go to the specific loan in question.

2. Click on More at the upper right side of the page.

3. Select Undo Disbursal, then fill in the reason for undoing the disbursal in the provided field.

4. Click More again and choose Undo Approval, then fill in the reason for undoing the approval.

5. Proceed to appraise the loan and reject it.

Once done, the process will be complete.
