How to handle member withdrawals.

A sacco staff member (with the appropriate user-role permissions) can facilitate ,member withdrawals through the following steps:

  1. Log into
  2. Go to the Till page and click on the Add button, then Withdrawal
  3. On the member profile page, click on the Add button then Withdrawal 
  4. Search and pick the member who wishes to withdraw from their accounts
  5. Choose the account the member wishes to withdraw from, enter the amount to be withdrawn and record the disbursement method the member prefers
  6. Record any (optional) narration then click on the confirm button
