Maker checker

1. Log In to app.kwara.com

• Open your browser and go to app.kwara.com.
• Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access the app.

2. Navigate to Finance

• Once logged in, look for the Finance section on the main navigation menu. This might be located in a sidebar or as a tab at the top of the interface.
• Click on Finance to proceed.

3. Select Transactions

• Within the Finance section, look for an option labeled Transactions or Transaction History.
• Click on it to see the list of transactions.

4. Choose the Relevant Button for Loan, Savings, or Loan Disbursement

• At the top of the transactions page, there will be buttons to filter or select different types of transactions. These buttons could be labeled Loans, Savings, and Loan Disbursement.
• If you're specifically looking to manage loan disbursements, click on the Loan Disbursement button.

5. Maker-Checker Process (For Loan Disbursement)

• If the loan disbursement is set up with a maker-checker process (a system where one person creates and another person approves the action), follow this procedure.
• After clicking on Loan Disbursement, you’ll see the pending disbursements.
• You will have the options to either Disburse All or Reject All depending on what action is needed.
  • Disburse All: Approve all pending loan disbursements.
  • Reject All: Reject all pending loan disbursements.

6. Loan Repayments and Savings

• The process for Loan Repayments and Savingsis similar to the Loan Disbursement process:
  • Navigate to the relevant section (Loan Repayments or Savings).
  • Use the Disburse All or Reject All buttons as needed to approve or reject transactions.

• Log in to app.kwara.com.
• Navigate to Finance and Transactions.
• Choose Loans, Savings, or Loan Disbursement as appropriate.
